• • Senior Product Manager leading strategy and execution for Drake Desktop, Taxwell’s professional tax software used by thousands of tax preparers, ensuring the product delivers maximum value during critical tax seasons.
• • Own the product vision and roadmap, balancing innovation with platform stability while identifying opportunities to improve core workflows and customer value for tax professionals.
• • Lead annual tax season delivery by planning and executing federal and state tax law updates, partnering with compliance and tax content teams to ensure accuracy and timely implementation within fixed regulatory deadlines.
• • Improve preparer workflows including return preparation, review, and electronic filing by leveraging customer insights and data, collaborating with engineering, support, sales, and go-to-market teams to drive measurable performance and reliability.
