• • Own a significant slice of the Maia AI Data Automation platform, driving product strategy and execution at the intersection of complex user needs, AI capabilities, and commercial outcomes.
• • Deliver high-impact product features including dashboards, AI-driven workflows, and automation tools that eliminate manual data engineering tasks for enterprise data teams.
• • Maintain a relentless standard for product quality and user experience, ensuring every shipped feature meets the bar for usability, performance, and business value.
• • Be equally user-obsessed and data-driven: conduct user research, analyze product metrics, track leading indicators, and run evaluations to inform product decisions.
• • Leverage AI tooling in your own workflow to accelerate product discovery, validation, and iteration cycles.
• • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams to align on priorities, timelines, and success metrics.
• • Translate enterprise customer needs from organizations like Cisco, DocuSign, and Slack into actionable product roadmaps that deliver measurable business impact.
• • Balance strategic vision with tactical execution—ship iteratively while maintaining a long-term product direction grounded in market demand and technological possibility.
• • Operate with autonomy and ownership, making decisions with incomplete information and adapting quickly as AI capabilities evolve.
• • Embrace a hybrid work model, spending two days per week in Matillion’s Manchester city centre office to foster collaboration, with flexibility for UK-based candidates outside Manchester.
• • Stay deeply informed on advancements in agentic AI and data automation to ensure Maia remains at the forefront of innovation in the AI economy.
• • Communicate product vision clearly to internal stakeholders and external customers, articulating the value proposition of AI-driven data automation.
• • Continuously refine product metrics and feedback loops to measure adoption, retention, and impact across diverse enterprise user bases.
• • Advocate for the customer within the organization, ensuring their pain points and workflows are central to every product decision.
• • Navigate ambiguity and complexity inherent in AI product development, prioritizing features that reduce manual effort while maintaining reliability and scalability.
• • Contribute to shaping the culture of product excellence at Matillion by mentoring peers and upholding high standards for product thinking and execution.
