• In this pivotal Senior Product Manager role, you will be entrusted with the leadership of product strategy and its meticulous execution for Sophea Meet, our sophisticated enterprise Meeting Intelligence platform. This groundbreaking platform is engineered to revolutionize how organizations interact with their conversations, transforming them into structured knowledge repositories, actionable task lists, and seamlessly integrated workflows. Your primary responsibility will be to define the strategic product roadmap, ensuring seamless alignment across all cross-functional teams, and critically, translating our advanced AI capabilities into demonstrable, measurable productivity enhancements and indispensable value for our enterprise clientele. This is a strategic position designed for a product leader with a profound ability to bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI technology and the daily operational processes of modern organizations, ultimately building a product that becomes an essential, non-negotiable component of their operational infrastructure.
• Your responsibilities will encompass a broad and impactful scope. You will be instrumental in defining the AI-driven product vision and charting the long-term strategic direction for Sophea Meet, ensuring it remains at the vanguard of innovation. You will own and continuously refine the product roadmap, adeptly balancing the delivery of user-facing features with essential foundational AI investments to ensure scalability and future-proofing. A key aspect of your role will involve in-depth analysis of market trends, intricate customer workflows, and the evolving competitive AI landscape to pinpoint unique opportunities for differentiation and market leadership. You will be tasked with identifying and rigorously validating high-impact enterprise use cases where the application of AI can yield transformative, 10x improvements in efficiency and effectiveness.
• Furthermore, you will drive a rigorous product discovery and validation process, actively incorporating user feedback, qualitative insights, and quantitative data to inform and shape every critical product decision. A significant part of your mandate will be to lead the strategy and execution of seamless integrations with key enterprise productivity and management platforms, enhancing Sophea Meet’s utility and reach within existing customer ecosystems. You will be responsible for aligning and inspiring our dedicated Engineering, AI, Design, and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, articulating a clear, compelling, and unified product narrative that fosters collaboration and drives collective success. Finally, you will establish and meticulously monitor the key performance indicators (KPIs) that define success for an AI-powered product, encompassing everything from user engagement metrics to the nuanced quality of AI-generated outputs, ensuring continuous improvement and demonstrable value delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-12+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, with a demonstrable and successful track record of launching and scaling SaaS or platform products.
• Deep understanding of the AI product lifecycle, including the unique challenges and nuances associated with building, deploying, and scaling probabilistic products.
• Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with a proven ability to translate complex technological capabilities into tangible business value and compelling market propositions.
• Experience working collaboratively and closely with highly technical engineering and AI teams, coupled with a foundational understanding of core AI/ML concepts such as Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Prior background or significant exposure to the AI domain, enterprise productivity software, or B2B SaaS environments is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and build consensus across all levels of an organization, from individual contributors to executive leadership.
