- • As a Senior Product Manager at Veeva Systems, you will drive the development of AI-powered solutions that transform how life sciences companies manage content lifecycle processes, directly accelerating the delivery of critical health communications to patients.
- • You will design and deliver high-value AI Agent solutions for Veeva PromoMats and Vault Medical, focusing on automating Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review and generating medical information responses to improve compliance and speed-to-market.
- • You will collaborate with commercial and medical affairs teams to deeply understand their workflows, identify pain points, and translate them into product requirements that enhance efficiency and productivity.
- • You will partner with engineering, data science, and design teams to define product vision, prioritize features, and oversee the end-to-end delivery of AI agent capabilities from concept to launch.
- • You will leverage customer feedback, market trends, and regulatory insights to continuously improve AI agent performance and ensure solutions meet the evolving needs of the life sciences industry.
- • You will contribute to Veeva’s mission as a public benefit corporation by building technology that balances customer, employee, societal, and investor interests while advancing healthcare innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a technical product manager with a track record of delivering AI or machine learning-powered products in regulated industries such as life sciences, healthcare, or pharmaceuticals.
- • Deep understanding of content lifecycle processes, particularly Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review workflows and medical information generation.
- • Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, commercial, and medical affairs to define requirements and drive product execution.
- • Experience working with AI agents, large language models (LLMs), or intelligent automation tools to solve complex business problems.
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value for non-technical audiences.
