📋 Description

• As a Senior Product Manager at iDeals Solutions Group Limited, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our Virtual Data Room (VDR) product, with a specific focus on the Document Collaboration Experience. This is a pivotal role where you will own and drive the evolution of the core functionalities that enable thousands of professionals worldwide to interact with critical documents daily. Your mission is to transform complex document workflows into seamless, intuitive, and highly efficient experiences, ensuring our clients can make high-stakes decisions with confidence and speed.
• You will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision and strategy for the Document View Experience within the VDR. This involves a deep understanding of user needs, technical possibilities, and market dynamics to identify and capitalize on new opportunities. Your strategic thinking will ensure alignment with the overarching product strategy and the company's vision for secure business collaboration.
• A significant part of your role will involve owning and enhancing the core document functionality. This includes optimizing viewer performance and rendering, refining redaction workflows, managing encrypted document handling, developing our in-house DOCX editor, integrating with third-party tools, and spearheading the integration of AI-powered features such as intelligent search, real-time translation, and PII detection. You will be at the forefront of innovation, ensuring our VDR remains a market leader.
• User-centricity is paramount. You will conduct thorough research into user behavior, analyze technical constraints, monitor industry trends, and assess market needs to uncover opportunities for product improvement and innovation. This research will form the foundation for validating ideas through structured discovery processes, including user interviews, data analysis, A/B testing, and gathering feedback from key stakeholders.
• Translating insights into actionable plans is crucial. You will define and meticulously communicate product requirements through comprehensive Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), detailed user stories, and clear acceptance criteria. This ensures that engineering and design teams have the precise guidance needed to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that meet user needs and business objectives.
• Collaboration is key to success. You will work in close partnership with engineers, designers, UX writers, and data analysts within cross-functional product teams. This collaborative environment fosters co-creation and ensures the delivery of robust, scalable, and user-friendly solutions that address complex challenges.
• You will play a vital role in Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy development. Collaborating with the content team, you will help craft launch plans, define product positioning, and develop compelling messaging that drives product adoption and ensures market success. Your input will be critical in communicating the value and benefits of our product enhancements to the market.
• Post-launch, your responsibility continues. You will meticulously measure product success using data and user feedback, and then iterate on features and functionalities to continuously improve the user experience and drive further value for our clients. This iterative approach ensures our product remains competitive and relevant in a rapidly evolving market.
• This role offers a unique opportunity to work on technically complex features and workflows, requiring close collaboration with engineering teams to bring innovative solutions to life. You will be empowered to make significant contributions to a product used by a global clientele, impacting how businesses conduct their most critical operations.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, will be beneficial for seamless integration into our development processes. Furthermore, hands-on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT for research, documentation, and analysis will be highly valued, enabling you to multiply your output and streamline your workflow. Your excellent communication skills and proficiency in English (C1 level) will be critical for effective collaboration within our international team.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise environments.
• Proven experience across the full product lifecycle – from discovery to post-release iteration.
• Skilled in using both customer insights and data to inform product decisions.
• Ability to turn industry and market trends into clear product strategies.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and English proficiency (C1 level).
• Hands-on use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar) in daily product work.
