📋 Description

• As a Senior Product Manager at Lodgify, you will drive end-to-end product experiences that deliver meaningful user value and measurable business impact in the vacation rental industry.
• You will lead product discovery, strategy, and solution shaping—translating user insights and business opportunities into scalable product investments using modern product tooling, including AI-powered workflows, rapid prototyping, and experimentation.
• You will work cross-functionally to ensure product decisions are grounded in user insight, data, and execution excellence, focusing on outcomes rather than output.
• You will help define what gets built, how it gets built, and why—shaping the future of short-term rental technology for a global user base.
• Lodgify is a fast-growing scale-up headquartered in Barcelona with $30M in funding, a team of 380+ people from over 60 nationalities, and a mission to empower property owners and managers worldwide through technology.
• In this role, you will develop strong product judgment, customer empathy, and technical acumen while contributing to high-impact solutions that scale.
• You will evolve products from early ideas into impactful solutions by validating concepts, leveraging data and experimentation, and driving continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager with a track record of driving product strategy, discovery, and execution in tech or SaaS environments.
• Strong product judgment, customer empathy, and ability to translate insights into valuable, scalable product solutions.
• Fluency in modern product tooling, including AI-powered workflows, rapid prototyping, experimentation, and data-informed decision-making.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams to drive outcomes, not just output.
• Experience leveraging data and experimentation to validate concepts and evolve products from early ideas to high-impact solutions.
