- • As a Senior Product Manager at Secureframe, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of cybersecurity compliance by owning the end-to-end lifecycle of new products—from discovery and ideation through launch, iteration, and scaling—directly contributing to the company’s mission of enabling businesses to achieve and maintain compliance seamlessly so they can focus on their core operations.
- • You will drive strategic product initiatives by deeply understanding customer needs, market trends, and regulatory landscapes, translating insights into actionable roadmaps that align with Secureframe’s vision of being a trusted, innovative leader in the compliance space, ensuring products deliver measurable business impact and customer value.
- • In your day-to-day role, you will conduct customer discovery interviews and usability testing to uncover pain points and validate assumptions, ensuring product decisions are grounded in real-world feedback from security, compliance, and IT professionals across industries.
- • You will define and prioritize product features and epics using data-informed frameworks, collaborating with engineering, design, and UX teams to create detailed specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria that enable efficient and high-quality development.
- • You will partner closely with go-to-market teams—including sales, marketing, and customer success—to develop launch strategies, positioning, messaging, and enablement materials that drive adoption, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction post-launch.
- • You will establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as feature adoption, customer retention, NPS, and revenue impact, using analytics to iterate and optimize products based on real-world usage and feedback.

- • You will work within a distributed, remote-first team that values autonomy, psychological safety, and innovation, with regular virtual collaboration and periodic offsites to strengthen team cohesion and shared purpose.
- • Secureframe is a high-growth, VC-backed company recognized by Forbes, TechCrunch, and The Wall Street Journal, offering you the opportunity to scale your impact in a mission-driven environment where your work directly protects thousands of businesses navigating complex compliance landscapes.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in cybersecurity compliance domains such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and HIPAA, while sharpening your strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and data-driven product leadership skills—positioning you for senior leadership opportunities in product, technology, or general management.

- • Demonstrated experience working closely with engineering and design teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies, including writing detailed user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing backlogs.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels—from individual contributors to executives—without direct authority.
- • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA) or a strong willingness to rapidly develop domain expertise in compliance and risk management.
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required.
