📋 Description

• • As a Senior Product Manager for Continuous KYC at Tide Platform Limited, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our Know Your Customer (KYC) processes for post-onboarding activities. This pivotal role involves owning the product strategy and roadmap for all ongoing KYX (Know Your Customer/Client/Everything) related functions, including periodic reviews like annual checks and event-driven reviews triggered by changes in customer information or high-risk flags. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the customer experience for these critical, often complex, processes, ensuring they are not only efficient and effective but also fully compliant with all relevant financial regulations.
• • You will be the driving force behind the product vision for Continuous KYC, meticulously developing and maintaining a product roadmap that is tightly aligned with Tide's overarching business objectives and stringent regulatory requirements. This involves a deep dive into understanding the nuances of KYC/AML regulations and translating them into actionable product strategies.
• • A core aspect of your role will be acting as a customer advocate, championing their experience throughout the entire ongoing KYC lifecycle. This requires a profound understanding of customer needs, pain points, and expectations, which you will then translate into detailed product requirements and user stories.
• • Collaboration with risk and compliance teams will be paramount. You will work hand-in-hand with these departments to ensure that all ongoing KYC activities meet and exceed regulatory standards, including but not limited to AML (Anti-Money Laundering), KYC/CDD (Customer Due Diligence), and OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) compliance.
• • In terms of product development and delivery, you will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and managing the product lifecycle for features and enhancements. This includes everything from initial concept and ideation through to development, launch, and continuous iteration based on user feedback and performance data.
• • You will partner closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data science, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, robust KYC solutions. This collaborative approach is essential for building products that are both technically sound and user-friendly.
• • A significant part of your contribution will involve working with the design team to elevate the digital KYC member experience. Simultaneously, you will focus on improving the internal agent experience and optimizing operational efficiency for the teams managing these processes.
• • Leveraging data will be key to your success. You will be expected to analyze customer data, key performance indicators (KPIs), and user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement, validate hypotheses, and inform strategic product decisions.
• • Effective stakeholder management is crucial. You will be responsible for clearly communicating the product strategy, roadmap, and progress to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, risk and compliance officers, operational teams, and potentially even key customers or partners.
• • This role offers a unique opportunity to build one of the most sophisticated business and individual entity models, enabling a risk-based approach to linked businesses and networks, while also facilitating the upselling of additional products and services. You will be comfortable navigating ambiguous situations and managing complex stakeholder relationships within a matrix management structure.
