- • As a Senior Product Manager at New Relic, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Infrastructure Observability (O11y) product line, a multi-million ARR business serving 10K+ customers, directly impacting the company’s growth in an AI-first world.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include defining and measuring adoption growth metrics, understanding user journeys to solve infrastructure challenges, creating lo-fi mocks for ideation, advocating for delightful UX internally and externally, and acting as a spokesperson for cloud native infrastructure observability.
- • You will join a global team of innovators dedicated to shaping the future of observability, building an intelligent platform that empowers companies to thrive by providing unparalleled insight into complex systems, with a strong commitment to diversity, inclusion, and flexible work models.
- • In this role, you will achieve broad impact by owning and growing a critical product line, deepening your expertise in infrastructure product management, influencing cross-functional teams (engineering and design), and shaping user-centric solutions that drive customer success and business outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of software product management experience in defining and shipping infrastructure products to market
- • Hands-on product manager who regularly uses your own products like your users do
- • Developed empathy for infrastructure personas
- • Experience working closely with engineering and design teams to ship products for sprint releases
