📋 Description

• • Own the complete product and marketing roadmap for Regal Rexnord’s Engineered Drives portfolio—translating market signals into a multigenerational plan that delivers double-digit profitable growth and recurring data-service revenue streams.
• • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management: from early-stage voice-of-customer (VOC) research, concept development, and business-case modeling through full commercial launch, post-launch optimization, and eventual obsolescence planning.
• • Drive strategic market, customer, and competitive intelligence—quantifying TAM, growth pockets, and unmet needs across mining, grain, cement, metals, and fertilizer end markets—then translate insights into an annual operating plan (AOP) that balances revenue, margin, and working-capital targets.
• • Champion 80/20 complexity-reduction initiatives that streamline SKUs, eliminate low-value variants, and unlock margin expansion while protecting critical customer applications and service levels.
• • Architect value-based pricing strategies and demand-shaping programs that shift product mix toward higher-margin solutions, leveraging real-time market data and competitive benchmarking to defend and grow share.
• • Build and maintain long-term technology and product roadmaps in lockstep with global engineering, operations, and supply-chain teams; prioritize projects using NPV, IRR, and strategic-fit criteria while ensuring stage-gate governance and on-time, on-budget delivery.
• • Lead cross-functional new product development (NPD) teams—engineering, finance, sales, supply chain, and aftermarket—to shepherd concepts from ideation through commercial launch, including VOC synthesis, requirement specs, cost targets, regulatory compliance, and go-to-market playbooks.
• • Develop detailed pro-forma financials for every new product: sales forecasts, BOM cost models, pricing scenarios, and P&L impact; present business cases to senior leadership for capital and resource allocation decisions.
• • Create and execute go-to-market strategies: sales training curricula, distributor enablement kits, digital campaigns, trade-show assets, and competitive battlecards that accelerate adoption and shorten time-to-revenue.
• • Partner with global sales and commercial leaders to identify whitespace opportunities, co-create account-specific growth plans, and penetrate new market segments through equipment-plus-data-service bundles.
• • Own SIOP alignment for the portfolio—translating demand signals, mix shifts, and lifecycle events into accurate forecasts that optimize inventory, minimize obsolescence, and maximize customer OTIF performance.
• • Monitor KPI dashboards (revenue, margin, share, quality, delivery, working capital) and orchestrate corrective actions across functions to ensure the product line meets or exceeds annual and quarterly commitments.
• • Serve as the external evangelist for Engineered Drives—presenting at industry conferences, hosting customer councils, and publishing thought-leadership content that positions Regal Rexnord as the innovation leader in power-transmission solutions.
• • Mentor junior product managers and marketing analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, data-driven decision making, and fearless innovation aligned with Regal Rexnord’s core values of integrity, customer success, and performance with urgency.
