- • As a Senior Product Manager at Veeva Systems, you will drive the development of AI-powered solutions that transform how life sciences companies manage regulatory and medical content, directly accelerating the delivery of life-changing medicines to patients.
- • You will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI Agent solutions within Veeva PromoMats and Vault Medical, including defining vision, prioritizing features, collaborating with engineering and data science teams, and ensuring compliance with medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) standards.
- • You will work closely with commercial and medical affairs teams to understand their workflows, identify pain points in content creation and review, and design AI agents that automate MLR review and generate accurate medical information responses.
- • You will operate within Veeva’s mission-driven, public benefit corporation culture, where your work contributes to balancing customer, employee, societal, and investor interests while advancing innovation in the life sciences industry.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Product Manager with a track record of delivering complex B2B SaaS products, preferably in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries.
- • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and practical experience in defining and launching AI-powered features or agents, particularly in natural language processing or automation use cases.
- • Familiarity with medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) review processes in pharmaceutical or medical affairs contexts.
- • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working alongside engineering, data science, clinical, and commercial teams.
- • Ability to translate complex technical and regulatory requirements into clear product roadmaps and user stories.
- • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
