- • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for Appodeal’s Mobile Growth Platform (MGP), from ideation and roadmap development to launch and post-launch optimization, ensuring alignment with company-wide business objectives.
- • Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap that drives growth in mobile app monetization through innovative AdTech solutions, prioritizing features based on market demand, customer feedback, and business impact.
- • Collaborate closely with machine learning, data science, and engineering teams to design, build, and deliver high-reliability, secure data-driven products that meet the needs of global app publishers and advertisers.
- • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis within the AdTech ecosystem to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats, ensuring Appodeal’s products remain industry-leading and differentiated.
- • Define, track, and analyze key performance metrics to measure product success, drive continuous improvement, and inform strategic decision-making across the organization.
- • Partner with marketing and sales teams to design and execute go-to-market strategies, including positioning, messaging, and promotional campaigns for new product releases and enhancements.
- • Improve and implement data governance and data observability standards to enhance data quality, reliability, and traceability across product platforms.
- • Develop and automate real-time monitoring systems for data quality incidents, enabling rapid detection, root cause analysis, and resolution to maintain platform integrity and customer trust.
- • Manage multiple concurrent product initiatives with competing priorities, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope while maintaining high standards of quality and user experience.
- • Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning within the product team.
- • Stay current with advancements in programmatic advertising, real-time bidding, ad networks, and mobile app monetization technologies to inform product strategy and maintain competitive advantage.
- • Serve as the primary product advocate internally and externally, communicating product vision, progress, and value to stakeholders across business units and geographies.
- • Ensure all product initiatives adhere to strict security and reliability standards, particularly when handling high-volume, real-time advertising data flows.
- • Drive customer-centric product development by integrating insights from publishers, advertisers, and internal users into every stage of the product lifecycle.
- • Maintain deep familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools to effectively coordinate with engineering teams and optimize sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery cycles.
