- • Senior Product Manager role focused on owning and scaling provider, payer, and vendor integrations for AI agents that automate administrative work in healthcare, directly impacting care team efficiency and financial resilience.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing integration strategy, performing workflow shadowing and competitive analysis, prioritizing high-leverage integrations, partnering with Customer Success on acceptance criteria and testing, and tracking performance metrics to improve product quality.
- • Ascertain is a mission-driven healthcare AI company backed by Northwell Health and Deerfield Management, building AI agents to reduce administrative burden in major health systems and specialty groups, with a focus on restoring time and trust to care teams.
- • In this role, you will help establish product best practices as one of the first product managers, gain deep expertise in healthcare AI integrations, drive measurable ROI for customers, and shape the evolution of the product organization in a high-impact, early-stage environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS (previous product-focused engineering experience qualifies)
- • Direct experience building customer-informed products (including workflow shadowing)
- • Strong background in technical products with API and integration requirements (comfortable w/ curl, postman, etc.)
- • Ability to translate complex processes into structured product specifications
- • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and go-to-market teams
