• • As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategy and execution for a critical area of our technology stack: the collection of data through sensors and agents deployed across diverse application environments, spanning development, testing, and production. This is a high-impact, cross-functional position that demands a profound understanding of modern software development ecosystems, including various coding languages such as Java, Python, Node, Go, and .NET, as well as their associated frameworks.
• • Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate a deep and nuanced understanding of our enterprise customers' technical requirements and their operational models for deploying and scaling our solutions. This involves engaging directly with customers, as well as collaborating closely with our field teams and other product groups to gather insights and identify opportunities for enhancement.
• • You will be instrumental in crafting a compelling product strategy specifically for our collectors. This strategy must focus on enabling streamlined and automated deployment processes, ensuring comprehensive coverage across a wide array of languages and frameworks, and facilitating rapid feature development to keep pace with evolving security threats and technological advancements.
• • The role encompasses ownership of the entire product lifecycle. This begins with defining the overarching product strategy and vision, progressing through detailed user story creation, articulating precise product requirements, and culminating in the definition of an exceptional product experience that delights our users and addresses their most pressing security concerns.
• • A key aspect of this role involves establishing and rigorously tracking clear metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of our product initiatives. This data-driven approach will inform future strategic decisions and ensure continuous improvement.
• • You will serve as a crucial liaison between our highly skilled engineering and design teams and our business stakeholders.
