- • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to take ownership of Brain AI, the foundational intelligence layer that powers Sintra's AI helpers. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of how small business owners interact with their AI teammates, ensuring our helpers are not just tools, but genuine extensions of their operational capacity. Sintra is revolutionizing the small business landscape by providing AI helpers that act as true teammates, handling tasks like customer replies, social media posting, data analysis, and much more. This is a paradigm shift for entrepreneurs who have historically operated alone, offering them unprecedented support.
- • Your primary focus will be on Brain AI, the core intelligence that imbues our helpers with knowledge about businesses, customers, files, and preferences. This encompasses sophisticated knowledge management, advanced retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques, robust memory systems, and seamless team collaboration capabilities. The success of every AI helper within Sintra hinges on the effectiveness of Brain AI; therefore, this role carries significant strategic importance.
- • As the Senior Product Manager for Brain AI, you will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from strategic roadmap development and team leadership to agile execution and accountability for key performance metrics. You will lead a dedicated team of talented engineers and designers, fostering an environment of innovation and rapid iteration.
- • A key aspect of this role is the commitment to shipping impactful features on a weekly cadence. This involves a fast-paced, iterative approach where we quickly deploy, gather feedback, kill what doesn't work, and relentlessly pursue improvements. You will be empowered to make decisions and drive the product forward with agility.
- • We encourage a hands-on approach to product development. You will have the opportunity to get deeply involved in the product, from crafting effective prompts for AI interactions and hacking together wireframes to rigorously testing data pipelines and evaluating model performance. - • Ruthless scoping and validation are paramount. You will be expected to define clear product requirements, prioritize features based on user needs and business impact, and validate your hypotheses through a combination of qualitative user feedback and quantitative data analysis. - • Close collaboration with other product teams within Sintra is essential. The advancements you make in Brain AI will directly empower and enhance the experiences delivered by other product areas. - • You will also engage directly with applied engineering teams at leading AI organizations such as OpenAI and Anthropic. This collaboration will keep you at the forefront of AI advancements and allow you to leverage cutting-edge technologies to further enhance Brain AI's capabilities.
- • This role demands a leader who is not afraid to dive deep into technical details, understand complex systems, and translate them into user-centric product strategies. You will be the champion for Brain AI, ensuring its technical excellence and its alignment with Sintra's overarching mission to empower small businesses.

- • Proven experience in product management or a related technical leadership role, with a track record of successfully launching and scaling products.
