- • Senior Product Manager at ClickUp, responsible for owning a meaningful surface of the product and driving its improvement through end-to-end ownership of vision, roadmap, and delivery.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include running continuous discovery using AI agents, writing sharp PRDs and specs, defining and tracking success metrics, prototyping ideas with Cursor and Claude Code, collaborating cross-functionally, presenting roadmaps to stakeholders, and identifying operational improvements.
- • ClickUp is building the first truly converged AI workspace that unifies tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search with context-driven AI to empower teams to break free from silos and reclaim productivity.
- • In this role, you will learn to leverage AI as a builder—using tools like Cursor and Claude Code to prototype independently, define metrics from data, and ship features rapidly while compounding impact through continuous iteration and leverage-finding.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5 or more years in product management with demonstrated end-to-end ownership of a product area in a B2B SaaS environment
- • Proven track record of shipping features from concept through launch and iterating based on data
- • Strong prioritization instincts with the ability to say no and defend decisions
- • High customer empathy and skill in distinguishing between what users say and what they actually need
- • Comfort with data, including defining metrics, querying dashboards, and making evidence-based arguments
- • Clear written and verbal communication skills that create alignment without requiring follow-up meetings
- • Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced environments, taking initiative without waiting for direction
- • Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Figma AI, and MCP integrations, with a habit of experimenting and integrating new capabilities
