Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• • As a Senior Product Manager for Core GRC at Drata, you will own the roadmap for critical governance, risk, and compliance capabilities that form the foundation of the company’s trust platform, directly enabling thousands of organizations to earn and maintain customer trust.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include defining product requirements and MVPs, collaborating with engineering and design to ship features quickly, running lean experiments, measuring feature effectiveness through success metrics, partnering with GTM teams on launches, building business cases for stakeholder alignment, identifying and mitigating risks, and applying an AI-enabled lens to uncover differentiated value in GRC workflows.
• • You will join a mission-driven, high-velocity team of 600+ employees worldwide where trust, speed, and continuous growth are cultural cornerstones, operating under a hybrid model in the Bay Area with in-office collaboration Tuesday through Thursday and flexible remote work on Mondays and Fridays.
