📋 Description

• As a Senior Product Manager at Hiya, you will be responsible for leading one or multiple products at the intersection of voice, telephony, and artificial intelligence.
• You will work closely with the Engineering team to execute the product vision, prioritize ruthlessly, and make decisions that impact the company's growth.
• You will be expected to communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and team members, and to be comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty.
• You will have a strong sense of urgency and be able to instill that in the people around you.
• You will be responsible for building AI solutions that will impact millions of people in their day-to-day communications.
• You will be expected to work through ambiguity, weigh tradeoffs, and take responsibility for results.
• You will be expected to live Hiya's core values, which include serving customers and partners, owning success and failures, leading and listening, improving and doing.
• You will be expected to work in a high degree of transparency and autonomy, and to be open to feedback and continuous learning.

🎯 Requirements

• At least one of the following experiences: worked in product management at a venture-backed startup, been a founder or early employee in a startup, or been a management consultant (MBB).
• A technical background either by education or professionally.
• A strong sense of urgency and ability to instill that in others.
• Experience with AI or voice AI either at the model, orchestration, or application layer.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to structure thoughts clearly and deliver ideas to people.
• Ability to work in a high degree of transparency and autonomy.

🏖️ Benefits

• Base salary: $188,000- $218,000.
