- • As the second Product Manager focused on the subcontractor side, you will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing how subcontractors discover, evaluate, and bid on construction projects through AI-powered innovation, directly impacting a product used by thousands of users in the construction technology space.
- • You will independently own product responsibility for core areas of the subcontractor product, driving the evolution of the marketplace experience by identifying and implementing AI use cases such as intelligent request recommendations and automated bid support, working closely with design and engineering teams to bring these features to life.
- • Your day-to-day includes analyzing user behavior, market trends, and product metrics to uncover growth opportunities, developing and validating hypotheses through prototyping and experimentation, and scaling successful initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
- • You will ensure successful go-to-market execution for new features by aligning with Marketing and Customer Success teams, managing the full product lifecycle from roadmap definition to user story creation and delivery.
- • Operating within a small, high-leverage team, you will have direct influence over product strategy and execution, enabling rapid iteration and meaningful impact in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment focused on transforming the construction industry.
- • This role offers the opportunity to deepen expertise in AI-integrated product development, marketplace dynamics, and data-driven decision-making while contributing to a mission-driven product that solves real-world inefficiencies in the construction sector through technology.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or marketplace/platform business models
- • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex problems into pragmatic, data-informed solutions
- • Proficiency in using AI tools such as LLM-based assistants, MCPs, and no-code prototyping in daily workflow
- • Experience with product roadmaps, user stories, and end-to-end product lifecycle management
- • Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken
