• As a Senior Product Manager, you will immerse yourself deeply in our sophisticated technology, the intricate blockchain analytics and forensics ecosystem, and foster close collaborations with our diverse customer base. Our clients include some of the most remarkable and influential names across the crypto industry, traditional financial services, and critical government agencies. Your ability to keenly understand and anticipate evolving market needs will be the driving force behind the ideation, design, and development of impactful, next-generation capabilities that set new industry standards.
• Your core responsibility will be to design and deliver scalable, real-time, and programmatic solutions. These solutions will be crucial for detecting compliance risks and alerting customers to suspicious activity that exceeds their defined risk thresholds, all while leveraging Elliptic’s unparalleled, industry-leading risk screening capabilities. You will work hand-in-hand with our talented Engineering and Design teams, dissecting complex analytics challenges, making critical decisions on technical trade-offs, and ensuring the delivery of robust, scalable solutions that precisely meet and exceed customer expectations.
• A key aspect of this role involves developing an intimate, expert-level knowledge of all Elliptic’s products, our rich datasets, the broader blockchain analytics ecosystem, and crucially, our customers’ unique operational environments. This deep understanding will enable you to serve as a confident and knowledgeable ambassador for Elliptic, engaging effectively with both internal stakeholders and external audiences.
• You will engage directly with current and prospective customers, dedicating time to thoroughly understand their strategic objectives, pressing challenges, and the untapped opportunity spaces within their operations. This customer-centric approach is fundamental to identifying unmet needs and driving product innovation.
• A significant part of your role will be to craft, maintain, and clearly communicate a compelling product roadmap for the Real-time Risk solutions. You will become Elliptic’s definitive subject matter expert for all aspects pertaining to your product area, ensuring alignment and driving strategic direction.
• You will partner closely with our Marketing team to meticulously plan and execute effective go-to-market strategies. Furthermore, you will provide crucial support to our Sales and Customer Success teams during pivotal client meetings, product demonstrations, and strategic engagements, ensuring they have the expertise and resources needed to succeed.
• Post-launch, you will meticulously monitor product performance, actively gather customer feedback, and leverage data analytics and usage insights. This continuous feedback loop will be essential for refining existing features, enhancing user value, and driving iterative product improvements that maintain our competitive edge.

You will be empowered to make decisions, take ownership, and deliver tangible results that impact Elliptic’s trajectory and our customers’ ability to combat financial crime.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Management experience, ideally within a highly technical product role dealing with large datasets and/or complex engineering systems.
• Prior knowledge or a strong, demonstrated interest in cryptocurrency assets and blockchain infrastructure.
• Proven ability to understand customer needs, translate them into product requirements, and drive development through to launch.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
