📋 Description

• As a Senior Product Manager at Vanilla Forums Inc., you will lead and evolve the AI-powered estate planning platform, defining how advisors interact with the product to serve their customers in a high-ambiguity, fast-moving startup environment.
• You will translate high-level direction into actionable scopes, own end-to-end execution of product features, write detailed requirements and user stories, collaborate with engineering and design to remove blockers, and drive alignment across teams to ensure shipped work is cohesive and impactful.
• You will join a distributed, innovative team of builders and problem-solvers passionate about modernizing estate planning through AI, working remotely from approved U.S. states while contributing to a mission-driven startup shaping intergenerational wealth transfer.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI-integrated product development, strengthen your ability to navigate ambiguity, master cross-functional leadership in high-velocity environments, and directly influence product strategy and customer outcomes in a growing SaaS business.
