📋 Description

• As a Senior Product Manager at NimbleRx Inc., you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing healthcare access and management, starting with the world's largest and most beloved pharmacy business. You will be instrumental in defining and executing Nimble's product strategy, driving major initiatives, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• You will work directly with the CEO and other executive leaders, playing a pivotal role in exploring and launching new, groundbreaking products from the ground up (0-1 products). Your responsibilities will include owning key product initiatives from conception to launch, ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration, and meticulously tracking progress to deliver exceptional outcomes. This role demands a deep empathy for our customers, acting as a true champion for both our pharmacy partners and the patients they serve.
• A core aspect of your role will be to synthesize diverse inputs, expertly balancing quantitative data with rich qualitative feedback from our customer base. You will be adept at weaving together product, design, creative, operational, and engineering perspectives to create cohesive and impactful solutions. Your ability to influence and collaborate across sales, operations, engineering, and leadership teams will be crucial for success.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management roles, with a proven track record of building and launching successful software products.
• Demonstrated experience in driving product strategy, prioritization, managing timelines, and navigating complex trade-offs.
• Ability to provide clear context, foster simplicity, and drive focus within dynamic, multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong strategic thinking skills combined with pragmatic execution and a bias for action.
• Technical proficiency and effectiveness in collaborating closely with engineering teams.
• Confidence in using data for decision-making, with proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, or other data analysis platforms.
