- • As a Senior Product Manager at Web Summit LLC, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of one of the world’s most influential technology conferences, driving product strategy that enhances global connectivity, fosters meaningful connections between innovators, investors, and leaders, and amplifies Web Summit’s mission to create positive societal and environmental impact through technology.
- • You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for key digital platforms and experiences that power Web Summit’s events — from ideation and discovery through design, development, launch, and iteration — ensuring seamless, scalable, and engaging experiences for hundreds of thousands of attendees, speakers, and exhibitors across physical and hybrid formats.
- • Day to day, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data, marketing, and operations to define product vision, prioritize features based on user insights and business goals, write detailed product specifications, manage backlogs, and lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- • You will conduct user research, analyze behavioral and engagement data, and translate findings into actionable product improvements, using metrics to measure success and optimize for attendee satisfaction, networking efficacy, content relevance, and sustainability outcomes.
- • You will partner with stakeholders across global teams to localize and adapt products for new markets, ensuring cultural relevance and regulatory compliance while maintaining brand consistency and technical excellence as Web Summit expands into new regions.
- • You will mentor junior product managers, advocate for user-centered design principles, and champion innovation by experimenting with emerging technologies — such as AI-powered matchmaking, immersive virtual environments, and real-time analytics dashboards — to keep Web Summit at the forefront of event technology.
- • You will report directly to the Head of Product and work closely with executive leadership to align product initiatives with Web Summit’s long-term strategic goals, including global expansion, environmental stewardship, and deepening impact on the tech ecosystem.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Product Manager (5+ years) with a track record of launching and scaling digital products, preferably in events, SaaS, or consumer-facing platforms.
- • Strong proficiency in product discovery, user research, A/B testing, and data-informed decision making using tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics.
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
