  • • Lead product strategy and research for clinician-facing experiences, collaborating with current and potential partners to gather customer feedback, conduct research, and shape the product roadmap.
  • • Define product release slices that optimize for time to value, ensuring clinicians can quickly adopt and benefit from platform enhancements.
  • • Measure and analyze product success metrics aligned with overall business goals, using data to guide prioritization and decision-making.
  • • Align cross-functional product teams on a clear strategy, prioritizing work to maximize user outcomes, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
  • • Create and maintain artifacts such as roadmaps, product briefs, and documentation to unify organizational understanding and execution.
  • • Support the product build and launch process from concept to release, managing milestones and deliverables to ensure timely delivery.
  • • Define and implement customer feedback loops to continuously inform product improvements and validate assumptions.
  • • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure seamless product adoption across the nationwide HME provider network.
  • • Coordinate across internal teams, external stakeholders, and partners to articulate product vision, drive alignment, and execute product decisions.
  • • Work within a complex healthcare landscape to prioritize features that improve patient care while reducing administrative burden on clinicians.
  • • Maintain a user-focused, empathetic approach by asking questions before offering solutions, ensuring the product delivers real customer value.
  • • Navigate ambiguity and uncertainty typical of a fast-paced startup environment, making calculated decisions with incomplete information.
  • • Travel up to 1-2 times per quarter to customer sites and industry conferences to engage directly with clinicians and partners.
  • • Drive product initiatives that increase digital connectivity across the U.S. healthcare system, replacing outdated paper and fax processes that impact over 30 million patients annually.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 7+ years of product management experience, including at least 4 years working on clinician-facing experiences
  • • Proven ability to lead product strategy, research, and delivery in a complex, regulated industry
  • • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and metric definition
  • • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience influencing diverse stakeholders without direct authority
  • • Willingness to travel 1-2 times per quarter within the United States
  • • Located within the United States and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
