• • As a Senior Product Manager for Continuous KYC at Tide Platform Limited, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our Know Your Customer (KYC) processes for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). This pivotal role focuses on the entire spectrum of post-onboarding KYC activities, encompassing both routine periodic reviews, such as annual checks, and dynamic event-driven reviews triggered by changes in customer information or risk assessments. Your primary responsibility will be to own and elevate the customer experience throughout these critical compliance procedures, ensuring they are not only seamless and efficient for our members but also robust and fully compliant with all pertinent financial regulations.
• • You will be the driving force behind the product vision for Continuous KYC, meticulously developing and maintaining a strategic product roadmap. This roadmap will be intrinsically linked to overarching business objectives and the ever-evolving landscape of regulatory requirements, ensuring Tide remains at the forefront of compliance and customer service.
• • A core aspect of your role will be acting as a dedicated customer advocate. You will deeply immerse yourself in understanding the needs, pain points, and expectations of our SME customers regarding ongoing KYC processes. This empathy-driven approach will be crucial in translating these insights into actionable product requirements and features that enhance user satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• • Collaboration with our dedicated risk and compliance teams will be paramount. You will work hand-in-hand with these experts to guarantee that all continuous KYC activities adhere strictly to regulatory frameworks, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) guidelines, mitigating risk and ensuring the integrity of our platform.
• • In terms of product development and delivery, you will define, prioritize, and champion new product features and enhancements. This involves a close, cross-functional partnership with engineering, design, and data science teams to bring high-quality, innovative KYC solutions to life. You will manage the entire product lifecycle, from initial ideation and conception through to successful launch and continuous iteration based on performance data and user feedback.
• • You will collaborate extensively with the design team to architect and refine both the digital KYC member experience and the internal agent experience. The goal is to create intuitive interfaces and streamlined workflows that not only delight our customers but also significantly optimize operational efficiency for our internal teams.
• • Leveraging data will be central to your decision-making process. You will meticulously analyze customer data, key performance indicators (KPIs), and user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement, validate hypotheses, and inform strategic product decisions. This data-driven approach ensures that our product evolves intelligently and effectively.
• • Effective stakeholder management is key to success in this role. You will be responsible for clearly and concisely communicating the product strategy, roadmap, and progress to a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, risk and compliance officers, engineering leads, and potentially even key customers.
