• • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our core product offerings. You will operate within a dynamic enterprise, direct sales environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, experience design, sales, marketing, and customer success. Your success will hinge on your ability to exercise strong product judgment, demonstrate technical fluency, and excel at gathering and synthesizing market intelligence from a diverse range of stakeholders, including existing customers and prospective users. This role demands a strategic thinker who can translate complex technical and financial concepts into intuitive, customer-facing solutions that drive tangible business value.
• • You will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial problem discovery and market research through to detailed requirements definition, execution, launch, and ongoing iteration. This includes deeply understanding customer needs, identifying market opportunities, defining product strategy and roadmaps, and working hand-in-hand with engineering and design teams to deliver exceptional products. You will champion the voice of the customer, ensuring that our product development is aligned with their evolving requirements and that we are consistently delivering solutions that address their most pressing cloud cost management challenges.
• • Key responsibilities will include:
• • Defining and owning the product strategy and roadmap for a core area of the CloudZero platform, aligning with overall company objectives and market opportunities.
• • Conducting in-depth customer research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence gathering to identify unmet needs and emerging trends in FinOps and cloud cost management.
• • Translating complex technical and financial concepts related to cloud infrastructure, billing data, and cost optimization into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories.
• • Collaborating closely with engineering and experience design teams throughout the product development lifecycle, providing clear direction, making trade-off decisions, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• • Developing and executing go-to-market strategies in partnership with product marketing, sales, and customer success teams, ensuring successful product launches and widespread adoption.
• • Monitoring product performance, analyzing usage data, and gathering customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform future product iterations.
• • Acting as a subject matter expert for your product area, both internally and externally, engaging with customers, prospects, and industry analysts.
• • Driving product adoption and customer success by ensuring our solutions are intuitive, valuable, and effectively address the challenges of managing cloud spend.
• • Contributing to the continuous improvement of CloudZero's product management processes and best practices.
• • You will have the opportunity to work on challenging problems related to data-intensive domains, potentially including analytics, AI/ML-enabled features, observability, cloud infrastructure, and platform tooling. Experience with UI-heavy products, such as dashboards, developer tools, or visualization-rich applications, will be highly beneficial in this role.
