• As a Senior Product Manager at HHAeXchange, you will be at the forefront of innovation, driving the vision, strategy, and execution for our groundbreaking next-generation home care agency and caregiver platform, codenamed "Pavillio". This pivotal role is designed for a product leader who is passionate about leveraging technology to transform the home and community-based care industry, making a tangible difference in the lives of thousands of caregivers, patients, and their families.
• You will own the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration, deeply understanding user needs, market dynamics, and business objectives to define and deliver exceptional product experiences. Your work will directly contribute to HHAeXchange's mission of creating an end-to-end homecare solution that empowers individuals to thrive in their homes and communities.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success, to ensure the successful development and adoption of Pavillio. • You will be instrumental in defining the product roadmap, prioritizing features, and translating complex requirements into clear, actionable specifications. This involves conducting in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to identify unmet needs and emerging trends.
• A key aspect of your role will be to champion the voice of the customer, ensuring that Pavillio is intuitive, efficient, and truly meets the needs of home care agencies and their caregivers. You will translate user feedback and data into product improvements, driving continuous enhancement and user satisfaction.
• You will work closely with engineering teams to guide the development process, ensuring that products are built to the highest standards of quality, scalability, and reliability. This includes participating in agile ceremonies, providing clear direction, and making informed trade-offs.
• You will define and track key product metrics, using data to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and inform future product decisions. Your analytical skills will be crucial in understanding user behavior and product performance.
• This role requires a strategic mindset, with the ability to balance short-term deliverables with long-term product vision. You will be expected to think big, challenge the status quo, and identify innovative solutions to complex problems.
• You will play a significant role in go-to-market strategies, working with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption. This includes developing compelling product messaging and positioning.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in product management, with a strong track record of successfully launching and managing complex software products, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated experience in defining product strategy, roadmaps, and requirements, with a deep understanding of the product development lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data and user insights into actionable product decisions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
