📋 Description

• As a Senior Product Manager at Condor Software Inc., you will step into a pivotal role, taking ownership of critical components within our groundbreaking financial intelligence platform. • You will be instrumental in translating high-level company strategy into tangible product direction. This involves defining the product strategy and meticulously executing it across key platform areas. Your scope will encompass everything from sophisticated financial intelligence workflows and vendor activity management to cutting-edge data-driven automation and AI-powered capabilities that are transforming the industry.
• This role demands a unique blend of deep analytical thinking and exceptional execution. You will collaborate daily with talented engineering and design teams, as well as customer success professionals and domain experts. Together, you will architect and build solutions for incredibly complex, data-intensive domains. This includes areas like financial forecasting, the automation of accruals, and the intricate management of both structured and unstructured data workflows.
• A core aspect of your responsibility will be to cultivate a profound understanding of customer workflows. You must develop a keen intuition for how our users operate within their real-world enterprise environments. This understanding will guide your decision-making, enabling you to make the difficult tradeoffs necessary to ensure that the products we deliver are not only technically sound but also perfectly suited for practical, high-stakes application.

• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include translating the overarching product strategy into actionable, prioritized roadmaps. You will own major product areas from inception through to successful launch, ensuring that every step is executed with precision and quality.
• You will be expected to engage deeply and consistently with our customers, our services teams, and subject matter experts. This continuous interaction is vital for gathering nuanced insights, validating proposed solutions, and ensuring that every product decision is firmly grounded in the realities of clinical and financial workflows.
• Leading feature delivery from the initial concept phase through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and final release will be a key function. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality, timely execution across all development sprints, maintaining momentum and delivering on commitments.
• You will define clear, comprehensive requirements, including the creation of high-quality user stories. Managing the product backlog effectively and driving consistent, predictable execution with engineering and design teams will be paramount.
• A significant focus will be placed on your ability to shape and deliver AI-driven product functionality. This includes leveraging technologies like Large Language Models (LLMs), developing sophisticated workflow automation, implementing model-assisted features, enhancing data intelligence, and building predictive insights that provide tangible value to our users.
• You will be responsible for analyzing product usage data, defining key success metrics, and applying both quantitative and qualitative insights to continuously refine and improve the product roadmap.
• Close collaboration with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams is essential to ensure seamless alignment, maintain clarity on objectives, and facilitate smooth product delivery cycles.
• You will also play a crucial role in triaging bugs, addressing customer issues, and identifying operational gaps. This involves driving efficient root-cause analysis in partnership with engineering and services teams to ensure swift resolution and continuous improvement.
• Finally, you will be expected to communicate product and release progress clearly and effectively to leadership and all cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring transparency and shared understanding across the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, with a minimum of 3 years specifically in B2B SaaS environments.
• Demonstrated success in owning a product area independently, encompassing strategy definition, execution oversight, and the delivery of measurable business outcomes.
• Proven experience with AI-enabled product features, including the application of LLMs, automation workflows, or data intelligence models to enhance user results.
• High proficiency in working with structured data, complex financial logic, or operational workflows where absolute precision is a critical requirement.
• Ability to effectively partner with engineering teams within highly iterative and fast-paced development environments.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
