- • Senior Product Manager leading end-to-end product lifecycle for Brokerage, Mortgage, Title, Wallet, or AI platforms (Leo, HeyLeo, AiRM) at RealNetworks, Inc., a fast-growing real estate brokerage using technology to empower agents and transform residential real estate.
- • Owns strategy, roadmap, and outcomes; leads discovery with agents, brokers, and partners; writes PRDs with testable criteria; partners with UX on flows and prototypes; runs launch readiness with feature flags and training; defines and uses metrics (adoption, throughput, revenue) to guide decisions; makes tradeoff calls on ROI, risk, and technical debt; mentors junior PMs and contributes to team craft; demos to stakeholders and represents product in cross-functional forums.
- • Works within a mission-driven team focused on pairing technology with humanity to reimagine real estate; operates under Real’s Operating Principles: Agent Obsessed, Move Fast with Purpose, Own Your Outcome, Be Bold, Win Together; collaborates with Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Operations.
- • Opportunity to shape strategy for high-impact product areas including platform unification, AI integration, self-service automation, and marketplace scale; develop expertise in residential real estate, fintech, mortgage, title, or AI agent platforms; grow as a leader by mentoring others and influencing product craft while shipping software that moves business metrics.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of product management experience in a tech-driven environment, with at least 2 years owning a complex platform or B2B/internal products end-to-end
- • Residential real estate experience (commissions, compliance, e-sign, broker oversight) or fintech, mortgage, or title domain experience
- • Experience launching AI or LLM features into production, with understanding of evaluation, guardrails, and what good looks like for an AI agent
- • Proficient in SQL or similar data tools (e.g., Metabase, Looker, Mode) to independently explore data and answer product or business questions
- • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's in CS preferred
- • Able to produce clear, structured PRDs, decision documents, and launch communications with precise writing and bias toward documenting decisions
