• • As a Senior Product Manager at Intapp, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of DealCloud, our AI-powered CRM and deal management platform, specifically tailored for the demanding needs of leading financial and professional services firms, including law firms.
• • You will be instrumental in ensuring that DealCloud empowers these firms to effectively capture, report on, and act upon the critical data that fuels their front-office growth and success.
• • This role is deeply hands-on and delivery-oriented, requiring you to manage the day-to-day execution of the product roadmap across the entire product suite.
• • In close collaboration with the Senior Director of Product Management, your primary responsibility will be to translate high-level strategic direction into actionable, prioritized backlog items, detailed functional requirements, and comprehensive delivery plans.
• • Your efforts will ensure that our development and design teams consistently deliver high-quality, impactful solutions that meet the unique user persona, intelligence, and workflow needs of law firms, supporting their rainmakers in practice growth.
• • You will own the quality of the product backlog, ensure sprint readiness, facilitate cross-functional coordination, and manage operational aspects of the product.

• • **Backlog Ownership & Prioritization:**
• • You will be responsible for owning and meticulously maintaining the product backlog, ensuring it remains perfectly aligned with the agreed-upon product roadmap and overarching strategic priorities.
• • A key part of your role will involve breaking down complex roadmap initiatives into granular, manageable items, each accompanied by clear and unambiguous acceptance criteria.
• • You will continuously groom, refine, and re-prioritize backlog items to optimize development team velocity and ensure efficient progress.
• • You will collaborate closely with the Senior Director of Product Management to strike the right balance between developing new features, addressing technical debt, and implementing enhancements, all in accordance with established priorities.
• • **Requirements & Specification Development:**
• • You will translate high-level product vision and direction into precise, functional requirements and detailed user stories that guide development efforts.
• • You will partner effectively with development and design teams to review and approve user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UX designs, ensuring functional completeness before development commences.
• • You will work hand-in-hand with the development team to validate technical feasibility, identify critical dependencies, and sequence work logically for optimal delivery.
• • **Delivery Execution & Team Collaboration:**
• • You will serve as the primary product liaison for the development and design teams, fostering clear and consistent communication.
• • You will actively participate in all Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Weekly Meetings, Sprint Reviews (demos), and Retrospectives, providing product direction and feedback.
• • **Product Operations & Cadence:**
• • You will orchestrate and lead weekly product update meetings and issues resolution sessions, ensuring timely problem-solving.
• • You will diligently track and communicate delivery status, manage scope changes, and identify key risks, proactively developing and implementing mitigation strategies.
• • **Documentation:**
• • You will collaborate with our dedicated documentation team to ensure that release notes and feature documentation are accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date.
• • You will act as the day-to-day point of contact for stakeholder engagement and communication, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• • **Quality, Outcomes & Continuous Improvement:**
• • You will champion a focus on quality throughout the product development lifecycle.
