• • As a Senior Product Manager specializing in Access Management at Vanta, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the product vision for a critical and rapidly growing area of our business. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the development of sophisticated workflows that empower our customers to automate and streamline employee onboarding, offboarding, and access review processes at scale. This role demands a blend of strategic foresight, deep technical understanding, and exceptional execution capabilities, acting as a true general manager for the Access Management product line.
• • You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Access Management, from initial ideation and strategy formulation through to roadmap definition, development, launch, and ongoing iteration. This includes defining how Vanta will evolve to meet the increasingly complex identity governance challenges faced by companies as they scale, from burgeoning startups to large enterprises.
• • A core aspect of your role will involve driving product discovery and prioritization across a diverse customer base. You will need to deeply understand the unique needs and pain points of different customer segments, translating these insights into scalable and impactful product solutions that grow alongside our customers.
• • Collaboration is key to success in this position. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, solutions engineering, and customer success. Your ability to foster strong partnerships and ensure seamless communication will be vital for the frequent delivery of high-quality features and for driving successful customer adoption and satisfaction.
• • You will be tasked with identifying and scoping significant expansion opportunities within the Access Management domain. This includes exploring and defining features such as AI-powered access recommendations, advanced workflow automation enhancements, and the integration of adjacent capabilities that further solidify Vanta's position as a leader in trust management. Developing clear business cases for these initiatives will be essential.
• • A critical component of your role will be to define, track, and analyze key success metrics for the Access Management product. You will leverage both quantitative data and qualitative customer feedback to rigorously guide roadmap decisions, measure the impact of product initiatives, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
