• • As a Senior Product Manager for Agentic AI at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will lead the evolution of the company’s AI-powered customer experience and internal AI platform, owning one of the most strategic areas: leveraging large language models, agents, and internal APIs to deliver automated, best-in-class customer support and operations.
• • Day to day, you will lead end-to-end product development from roadmap to rollout, partner with engineers and prompt engineers to design AI architectures and evaluation frameworks, serve as the bridge between engineering and other teams by promoting AI best practices, own key metrics like answer quality and automation rate, and collaborate directly with OpenAI to evaluate emerging models such as voice and computer use agents.
