📋 Description

• Lead the AI revolution for Jerry.ai by owning the evolution of an AI-powered customer experience in the car ownership super app space, where you will define how LLMs, agents, and automation transform a fragmented $2T industry.
• Drive end-to-end development of the AI platform and customer experiences, from roadmap to global rollout, partnering with engineers on prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and system architecture while serving as the technical translator between engineering and the broader organization.
• Collaborate with OpenAI partners to evaluate and deploy next-generation voice models and workflow automation, while improving answer quality, customer satisfaction, and automation rates through rigorous experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
• Join a mission-driven team at Jerry.ai, America’s first and only super app for car ownership, backed by over $240M in funding, serving 5M+ customers with a 4.7-star rating, and committed to simplifying one of households’ largest expenses through AI innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting or technical product management at a fast-paced startup
• Proven interest in modern LLM systems and desire to work in a regulated production environment
• Ability to navigate technical tradeoffs and lead by example when implementing AI platform standards
• Familiarity with SQL and comfort diving into data to answer questions and validate hypotheses
• Track record of turning complex strategic ideas into scalable, production-grade products
• Systems thinker comfortable in technical conversations about API design and architecture
