- • Lead the evolution of Jerry's AI-powered customer experience and internal AI platform, owning one of the most strategic areas of the company by leveraging large language models, agents, and internal APIs to deliver best-in-class automated customer support and operations.
- • Drive end-to-end product development for AI-powered experiences, from roadmap to rollout, partnering with engineers and prompt engineers to design AI architectures, prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails while balancing latency, cost, accuracy, and user experience.
- • Serve as the bridge between engineering and the rest of the organization, promoting AI best practices and aligning teams with platform standards.
- • Own key performance metrics including answer quality, customer satisfaction, automation rate, and escalation quality, driving systematic improvement through data-driven experimentation.
- • Collaborate directly with OpenAI partners to evaluate emerging models and capabilities, such as voice models and computer use agents, for suitability in a regulated production environment.
- • Work within a fast-paced, innovative startup environment at Jerry.ai, the #1 rated and most downloaded app in its category with a 4.7-star rating and over 5 million users, backed by over $240 million in funding.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in technical product management, management consulting, data analytics, or operations at a fast-paced startup.
- • Proven passion for AI with hands-on experience experimenting with the latest technologies, including setting up personal AI tools and workflows out of intrinsic motivation.
- • Strong technical fluency in system architecture, API design, and prompt engineering, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear terms for non-technical stakeholders.
- • Proficiency in SQL and a data-driven mindset, comfortable conducting independent data analysis to inform product decisions.
- • Track record of owning metrics and continuously seeking improvement through an optimistic, problem-solving mindset focused on 'how can we' rather than 'if we can.'
