📋 Description

• • Lead the evolution of Jerry.ai's AI-powered customer experience and internal AI platform, owning a strategic area focused on leveraging large language models, agents, and internal APIs to deliver automated customer support and operations.
• • Drive end-to-end product development for AI-powered experiences, from roadmap to rollout, partnering with engineers and prompt engineers to design AI architectures, prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails while balancing latency, cost, accuracy, and user experience.
• • Serve as the bridge between engineering and the broader organization, promoting AI best practices and aligning teams with platform standards.
• • Own and improve key metrics including answer quality, customer satisfaction, automation rate, and escalation quality through data-driven experimentation and continuous improvement.
• • Collaborate directly with OpenAI partners to evaluate emerging AI technologies such as voice models and computer use agents for suitability in a regulated production environment.
