  • • In this critical role, you will collaborate intimately with our talented Engineering, Applied AI/ML, Design, and customer-facing teams. Your primary focus will be on shipping robust, production-ready agentic capabilities and ensuring their successful adoption and performance within diverse customer environments. This position is deeply rooted in execution, driving significant customer impact, and upholding the highest standards of production rigor.   • • **Key Responsibilities and Impact:**
  • • **Product Strategy & Execution:** Define, prioritize, and execute strategic product initiatives for our agentic AI systems. Your efforts will be directly tied to achieving measurable customer and business outcomes, ensuring that our AI solutions deliver real value.
  • • **Lifecycle Ownership:** Take ownership of significant components within the agentic system lifecycle. This includes critical areas such as orchestration (how agents are deployed and managed), decisioning (how agents make choices), evaluation (how their performance is assessed), and iteration (how they learn and improve).
  • • **Framework Development:** Contribute significantly to building and refining a repeatable, scalable framework for launching, evaluating, and continuously improving agentic capabilities across our diverse customer base. This framework will be essential for consistent success.
  • • **Performance Measurement & Improvement:** Help define the key metrics and methodologies for measuring the performance and effectiveness of agentic systems in production. You will balance the drive for autonomy with the paramount importance of safety, reliability, and ethical considerations.
  • • **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Foster seamless collaboration with Engineering, Applied AI/ML, Design, and Solutions teams. Your ability to translate complex AI concepts into actionable product requirements will be crucial for shipping high-quality, production-ready systems.
  • • **Customer Engagement:** Work directly and deeply with our enterprise customers to thoroughly understand their unique workflows, specific requirements, and critical success criteria. This customer-centric approach will ensure our products meet real-world needs.
  • • **Prioritization & Feedback Loops:** Drive customer-informed product prioritization by maintaining a close connection to live deployments, analyzing real usage patterns, and gathering direct feedback. This ensures we are always building what matters most.
  • • **Best Practices & Rollouts:** Champion and implement best practices for agent evaluation, iteration, and the safe, phased rollout of new capabilities. This includes establishing robust testing and validation processes.
  • • **Product Representation:** Act as a key product representative in customer conversations, technical deep-dives, product demonstrations, and feedback sessions. Your clear communication and product vision will be vital in building trust and driving adoption.
  • • **Innovation & Growth:** Identify opportunities for innovation within agentic AI systems, exploring new use cases and pushing the boundaries of what's possible in customer experience intelligence. You will be instrumental in shaping the future roadmap.
