- ⢠As Senior Product Manager for AI Agents and Platform at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will lead the strategic evolution of the companyâs AI-powered customer experience and internal automation systems, directly impacting how over 5 million users interact with car ownership services through intelligent, scalable AI solutions.
- ⢠You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Jerryâs AI systems, including conversational agents handling >70% of inbound sales and service via chat and SMS, human-in-the-loop feedback mechanisms, internal process automation (e.g., image review and approval), and integrations like Jerry.ai insurance and repair quotes within the ChatGPT Appâensuring these systems are reliable, compliant, and continuously improving.
- ⢠Day to day, you will partner with engineers and prompt engineers to design, test, and refine AI architectures, prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and safety guardrails, balancing tradeoffs between latency, cost, accuracy, and user experience while driving experimentation and data-informed iteration.
- ⢠You will serve as the central bridge between engineering and cross-functional teams, advocating for AI best practices, establishing platform standards, and enabling broader adoption of AI capabilities across marketing, operations, and customer support organizations.
- ⢠You will own and improve key performance metrics such as answer quality, customer satisfaction (CSAT), automation rate, and escalation quality, using SQL-based analysis and A/B testing to identify optimization opportunities and demonstrate impact.
- ⢠You will continuously evaluate emerging AI technologiesâincluding voice models, computer use agents, and next-generation LLMsâfor suitability in Jerryâs regulated production environment, collaborating directly with OpenAI partners to assess and integrate cutting-edge capabilities.

- ⢠4+ years of experience in technical product management, management consulting, data analytics, or operations at a fast-paced startup
- ⢠Proven ability to partner with engineers on technical AI systems, including prompt engineering, API design, and system architecture, with comfort translating complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- ⢠Strong data-driven mindset, including proficiency with SQL and experience using data to drive product decisions and metric improvement
- ⢠Passion for AI and intrinsic motivation to experiment with new models and tools independently, staying current with LLM releases and emerging technologies like voice and computer use agents
- ⢠Track record of owning metrics (e.g., accuracy, satisfaction, automation rate) and driving systematic improvement through optimization and a âhow can weâ mindset
