- • Lead the AI revolution for Jerry.ai by owning the evolution of an AI-powered customer experience in the car ownership super app space, where you will define how LLMs, agents, and automation transform a fragmented $2T market.
- • Drive end-to-end development of the AI platform and customer experiences—from roadmap to global rollout—partnering with engineers to design prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails that balance latency, cost, and accuracy.
- • Serve as the technical translator between engineering and the broader organization, establishing AI best practices and platform standards while working with OpenAI partners to evaluate and deploy next-generation voice models and workflow automation.
- • Join a mission-driven team at Jerry.ai, America’s first and only super app simplifying car ownership for over 5 million customers, backed by $240M in funding and recognized as the #1 rated app in its category with a 4.7-star rating.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in management consulting or technical product management at a fast-paced startup.
- • Proven interest in modern LLM systems and ability to work in a regulated production environment.
- • Familiarity with SQL and comfort diving into data to answer questions and validate hypotheses.
- • Ability to navigate technical tradeoffs in API design and system architecture, and lead by example in implementing AI platform standards.
