📋 Description

• Lead the AI revolution for Jerry.ai by building and scaling a sophisticated AI platform that automates >70% of inbound sales and service requests, shaping how LLMs, human-in-the-loop feedback, and computer-use agents redefine the car ownership industry.
• Drive end-to-end development of AI-powered customer experiences, from roadmap to rollout, partnering with engineers to design prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails that balance latency, cost, and accuracy.
• Serve as the technical translator between engineering and the broader organization, establishing AI best practices and platform standards while collaborating with OpenAI to integrate Jerry.ai services into ChatGPT and pioneer new model capabilities.
• Work within a mission-driven team at Jerry.ai, America’s first and only super app for car ownership, backed by $240M+ in funding and serving over 5 million customers with a 4.7-star rating, to disrupt a $2T market stuck in the 90s.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting or technical product management at a fast-paced startup
• Proven interest in modern LLM systems and hands-on experience building custom AI workflows
• Ability to navigate technical tradeoffs in API design and system architecture while leading by example in implementing AI platform standards
• Familiarity with SQL and comfort diving into data to validate hypotheses and drive systematic improvements in answer quality and automation rates
