  • • As a Senior Product Manager at Jerry.ai, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing car ownership through AI-powered communication. You will own the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution for our AI-driven communications product, a critical engine for customer engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • • This role is pivotal in scaling our AI agent capabilities, aiming to increase the percentage of customer requests handled by AI from over 70% to over 90%, while simultaneously elevating customer satisfaction and conversion rates through delightful AI interactions.
  • • You will collaborate intimately with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Data Science, to conceptualize and build innovative AI interactions that enhance automation and customer delight.
  • • A core responsibility will be to analyze vast amounts of data to pinpoint and prioritize enhancements for our core messaging systems, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and efficient.
  • • You will act as a key player in identifying and resolving bottlenecks within our AI communication workflows, directly influencing the development of our prompt engineering best practices and shaping the technical roadmap.
  • • Staying abreast of the latest advancements in AI, including emerging trends, best practices, and cutting-edge technologies, will be essential for making informed strategic decisions and maintaining Jerry.ai's competitive edge.
  • • You will translate complex technical concepts and AI capabilities into clear, actionable insights for various stakeholders, fostering alignment and driving progress.
  • • This role demands a deep understanding of user needs and pain points within the context of car ownership and insurance, ensuring our AI communications are not just functional but also empathetic and valuable.
  • • You will be responsible for defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for the AI communications product and relentlessly tracking progress towards achieving and exceeding these metrics.
  • • Proactively identify opportunities to leverage AI for proactive customer outreach, personalized recommendations, and automated support across multiple channels like SMS, in-app chat, email, and voice.
  • • Contribute to the development and refinement of our internal AI agent development platform, Propelix, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the business and our users.
  • • Champion a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement, iterating on AI models and communication strategies based on performance data and user feedback.
  • • You will play a crucial role in ensuring our AI communications are compliant with all relevant regulations and privacy standards.
  • • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product backlog, prioritizing features and initiatives based on business value, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment.
  • • Conduct user research, A/B testing, and other validation methods to ensure the AI-powered messaging solutions are effective and user-friendly.
  • • You will be instrumental in shaping the future of how millions of Americans interact with their car ownership needs, making it simpler, more efficient, and more enjoyable.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, technical product management, data analytics, or operations at a fast-paced startup.

  • • Strong technical aptitude and systems thinking; comfortable engaging in technical discussions and translating complex ideas into simple terms.
  • • Data-driven mindset with the ability to dive deep into data to answer questions and drive decisions.
  • • Passion for AI and a demonstrated interest in leveraging AI for automation and personalization.
