📋 Description

• • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for aiR Assist, Relativity’s next-generation agentic search solution that helps 13,000+ legal teams surface critical evidence faster. You will translate complex litigation and investigative workflows into an intuitive, AI-powered experience that dramatically reduces the time attorneys spend hunting for key documents.
• • Lead discovery with litigators, paralegals, and government investigators to uncover pain points in traditional keyword search and manual review. Run contextual interviews, ride-along sessions, and diary studies to map mental models, then synthesize findings into crisp user stories and product requirements that the entire cross-functional team rallies behind.
• • Define and drive the strategic roadmap for agentic search, balancing short-term customer value with long-term platform extensibility. Prioritize features such as conversational querying, chain-of-thought explanations, and citation-backed answers that build user trust while meeting strict evidentiary standards.
• • Establish rigorous answer-quality metrics—precision, recall, latency, and user-reported confidence—that become the north star for engineering and applied science. Instrument telemetry pipelines, design human-in-the-loop evaluation workflows, and iterate on retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures to push quality from “good” to “courtroom-grade.”
• • Collaborate daily with engineering, design, applied science, and customer success in two-week discovery and delivery cycles. Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and experiment reviews, ensuring every release meets scalability, security, and compliance benchmarks required by Fortune 500 legal departments.
• • Champion safe and ethical AI by embedding fairness, transparency, and privacy safeguards into product requirements. Work with legal, security, and compliance teams to document model behavior, surface confidence scores, and provide audit trails that satisfy both regulators and skeptical senior partners.
• • Evangelize aiR Assist across Relativity’s global user conference, customer advisory boards, and industry webinars. Craft compelling narratives that translate technical capabilities into clear ROI—hours saved, documents surfaced, and cases won—arming sales and customer success with proof points that accelerate adoption.
• • Mentor junior PMs and analysts on hypothesis-driven roadmapping, experiment design, and storytelling with data. Foster a culture of continuous learning by sharing post-mortems, competitive teardowns, and emerging AI research that keeps the team at the cutting edge of legal technology.
• • Monitor competitive and regulatory landscapes—new LLM releases, e-discovery rule changes, and federal AI guidance—to anticipate risks and opportunities. Translate external signals into roadmap pivots and positioning adjustments that keep Relativity two steps ahead of both startups and legacy vendors.
• • Deliver measurable business impact: increase daily active usage of search by 30 %, reduce average time-to-first-relevant-document by 50 %, and achieve a Net Promoter Score above 60 for aiR Assist within the first 12 months of general availability.
