📋 Description

• As a Senior Product Manager for Analytics at Motive, you will own major customer-facing and data-driven product areas within the Motive Analytics platform, a top-priority enterprise initiative that transforms raw operational data into real-time intelligence for fleets across industries like transportation, logistics, construction, and energy. Your work will directly impact how nearly 100,000 customers—from Fortune 500 enterprises to small businesses—manage safety, compliance, and operations by turning complex data into trusted, actionable insights.
• You will drive the delivery of key parts of the Motive Analytics roadmap, including customer-facing analytics experiences, AI-powered features, and supporting data foundations, ensuring that product initiatives align with both customer needs and business goals while maintaining high standards for accuracy, performance, and usability.
• Day to day, you will partner with engineering and data teams to evolve data models, metrics, and schemas that underpin the analytics platform, ensuring data is accurate, performant, and easy to use across embedded analytics and AI-powered answer experiences.
• You will improve AI intelligence by refining instructions, reference questions, feedback loops, and strategic training inputs to enhance the relevance and reliability of AI-generated insights delivered at scale.
• Acting as the customer champion, you will work closely with customers, sales, and support teams to understand real-world reporting and decision-making workflows, translating complex operational needs into intuitive product experiences.
• You will define and track success metrics around adoption, engagement, trust, and performance of the Analytics platform, using data to measure outcomes and guide iterative improvements.
• Your role will involve transforming massive operational datasets into intuitive, fast, and trusted analytics experiences that executives and frontline teams rely on daily to make critical decisions about safety, compliance, and operations.
• You will ship features that drive real-world impact—materially changing how customers run safety, compliance, and operations—not just how they view reports—by embedding analytics and AI into operational workflows.
• You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, design, and data teams to bring new analytics and AI capabilities to life, serving as a bridge between technical execution and customer value in fast-moving, high-visibility environments.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise SaaS product management, AI-powered product development, and data-driven decision-making, while gaining exposure to cutting-edge applications of AI in physical operations and fleet management.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically within B2B or enterprise SaaS environments.
• Demonstrated experience building and scaling data-heavy, analytics, or platform products used by real customers.
• Sufficient technical depth to collaborate confidently with backend, frontend, and data engineering teams on data models, metrics, APIs, and cloud data platforms.
• Experience shipping AI-powered or machine-learning–driven product features at scale.
• Proven ability to drive complex, multi-team initiatives from concept through launch in fast-moving, high-visibility environments.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large datasets to guide product decisions and measure success based on outcomes, not just outputs.
