- • Senior Product Manager role focused on advancing Fleetio’s web application and shaping the future of fleet management through the Auto Integrate product, a leading global maintenance authorization network acquired by Fleetio in 2025.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include championing customer outcomes, driving product impact through cross-functional collaboration, guiding the full product lifecycle, ensuring successful launches, leading client onboarding, acting as the voice of the customer, communicating product vision, improving product operations, fostering a culture of learning, defining and measuring success via metrics, becoming a subject matter expert on product suite and integrations, and innovating to differentiate the product.
- • Fleetio is a modern fleet operations platform used by thousands worldwide, backed by $450M in Series D funding (March 2025), a founding member of the Rails Foundation, and manages Auto Integrate as a small, global team combining SaaS scale with niche market agility.
- • The role offers opportunity to grow expertise in B2B SaaS product management, deepen knowledge of fleet management domain and technical integrations (APIs, SAML, SSO, ETL), influence strategic outcomes, and develop leadership in a fast-paced, supportive environment with clear impact on customer adoption and retention.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years in product management or closely related roles, building and delivering web apps in modern B2B SaaS environments.
- • BA/BS/MS in Computer Science, Business, Design, or equivalent practical experience.
- • Proven track record of strong cross-functional collaboration and natural leadership skills to influence and inspire teams.
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into insights and basic familiarity with product analytics.
- • Understanding of database concepts and experience with SQL; familiarity with RESTful/SOAP services, JSON, XML, OAuth, and web technologies.
- • Passion for customer and business success, shortening time to value, and commitment to understanding users and integrating feedback into product decisions.
