• • This role is for a highly technical Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic Digital Intelligence team, tasked with leading a substantial evolution of our Behavioral Analytics Risk product. You will be instrumental in architecting the next generation of "invisible" security, elevating our Behavioral Analytics Product to new heights.
• • You will own a product that passively profiles user interactions, analyzing subtle patterns in typing cadence, mouse movements, touch gestures, and navigation behaviors. The core objective is to differentiate genuine human users from sophisticated fraudsters, automated bots, and advanced AI agents in real-time, thereby enhancing security and trust.
• • Reporting directly to the Head of Digital Intelligence Products, you will operate at the critical intersection of cybersecurity, advanced data science, and large-scale engineering. Your responsibilities will extend beyond traditional ticket management; you will be deeply involved in data analysis, actively guiding and assisting in the prototyping of innovative solutions to mitigate complex fraud risks. Furthermore, you will define how we interpret and leverage the "digital body language" exhibited by millions of users.

• • **Own the Behavioral Analytics Roadmap:** You will be responsible for the complete end-to-end product lifecycle of our Behavioral Analytics Products. This includes strategically evolving our existing capabilities into advanced phases, focusing on sophisticated user behavior profiling and the nuanced differentiation between human users and AI-driven agents.
• • **Lead Technical Execution:** You will collaborate closely with the Engineering team to define, prioritize, and deliver key technical components. This includes lightweight Web and Mobile SDKs designed for seamless integration, high-throughput real-time streaming pipelines capable of processing vast amounts of data, and sub-100ms decisioning services that provide immediate risk assessments.
• • **Data Science Partnership:** You will work in close collaboration with our Data Science team to define critical feature extraction processes and guide the training of machine learning models. A key responsibility will be defining precise acceptance criteria for model performance, such as specific Precision and Recall targets, and actively managing and minimizing false positive rates.
• • **Continuous Discovery & Experimentation:** You will champion the use of prototyping and experimentation to de-risk potential solutions before committing to full-scale development. This involves validating hypotheses about bot behaviors and user friction through rigorous data analysis and the implementation of pilot programs.
• • **Cross-Suite Integration:** You will actively engage with internal product teams to ensure seamless integration of the Behavioral Analytics product with the broader Digital Intelligence suite and other Socure products, such as RiskOS and Document Verification. The goal is to provide clients with a unified and comprehensive risk score.
• • **Go-to-Market Strategy:** You will partner with Product Marketing and Sales teams to drive product adoption and usage. This includes developing compelling technical documentation and evangelizing the product's value proposition to early adopter clients, particularly within the Fintech and E-commerce sectors.
• • **Support Wider Digital Intelligence Initiatives:** As the Behavioral Analytics team scales, you will provide essential product expertise and support for adjacent Digital Intelligence products and critical company-wide initiatives, ensuring resource alignment with the highest organizational priorities.
