  • • **Drive the Vision and Strategy for the Core Booking Experience:** As the Senior Product Manager for Bookings at Super.com, you will own the most critical moment in our customer journey: the transition from intent to revenue. This pivotal role demands a strategic leader who can envision, define, and execute the future of how millions of customers book travel on our platform. You will be accountable for the end-to-end success of the booking funnel, encompassing checkout, payment, confirmation, and post-booking integrity, with a direct impact on conversion rates, system reliability, and customer trust.
  • • **Lead a Mission-Aligned Team to Deliver Impact:** You will lead a dedicated, cross-functional Mission Aligned Team (MAT) comprising talented engineers, designers, growth specialists, data analysts, and other key partners. Your mandate will be to evolve and scale Super.com's booking experience, ensuring it meets the demands of a rapidly growing business. This involves setting clear objectives, defining key results (OKRs), and driving performance through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews. You will foster a collaborative environment, unblocking execution, facilitating agile ceremonies, and planning both immediate delivery and long-term strategic direction in partnership with senior leadership.
  • • **Optimize the Checkout Flow for Seamless Conversion:** Take full ownership of the end-to-end checkout experience. Your mission will be to ensure customers can book and pay for travel seamlessly and intuitively. This includes identifying and implementing strategies to improve conversion rates, expanding our payment method offerings to cater to diverse customer needs, systematically reducing booking errors, and designing robust error handling and recovery flows for complex edge cases and partial failures. You will be the champion for a frictionless and reliable checkout process.
  • • **Minimize Fraudulent Bookings While Protecting Customer Experience:** Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy to significantly reduce fraudulent bookings. This requires a delicate balance between risk mitigation, minimizing customer friction, and driving growth. You will evolve our fraud prevention systems, work to reduce false positives that impact legitimate customers, and build strong partnerships with our Risk, Payments, and Operations teams, as well as external vendors, to ensure our defenses scale effectively with the business.
  • • **Invest in and Evolve the Booking Platform for Scalability and Resilience:** Drive the technical evolution of the booking platform to guarantee its reliability, scalability, and resilience under increasing traffic and complexity. You will collaborate deeply with engineering to reduce booking-related errors, ensure absolute booking accuracy, enhance system observability, and manage critical relationships with external partners such as payment processors and fraud vendors. Your technical acumen will be crucial in informing product decisions and communicating complex technical concepts effectively.
  • • **Spearhead Product Requirements and Drive Data-Informed Strategy:** Own the product requirements for your team, meticulously defining features, writing clear and concise Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), and designing rigorous experiments to validate hypotheses. You will clearly articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, justify initiatives against company objectives and key metrics, and actively support senior leadership in identifying future product opportunities. Your ability to translate data into actionable insights will be paramount.
  • • **Lead Experimentation and Deep Data Analysis:** Champion a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making. Utilize tools like Amplitude to analyze data directly, and partner with dedicated data teams for deeper, more complex analyses. You will be responsible for translating intricate insights into clear, compelling recommendations that guide product strategy and elevate the quality of experimentation across the organization. Your analytical prowess will be key to uncovering opportunities and validating solutions.
  • • **Build Strong Stakeholder Relationships and Influence Key Decisions:** Effectively manage and influence a wide range of stakeholders, including executives (GM, CEO, CTO), senior leaders (GPM, Directors, Managers), and adjacent Mission Aligned Team leads. You will ensure alignment across product verticals and teams, operating as an effective leader who can build consensus and drive collective success. Your ability to communicate vision and strategy clearly will be essential for securing buy-in and navigating complex organizational dynamics.
  • • **Cultivate Deep Customer Empathy and Own the End-to-End Experience:** Take ultimate accountability for the customer experience within your domain. This involves actively engaging with the product, conducting research, listening to customer feedback, and understanding the unique financial situations they face. You will build profound empathy for our users, ensuring their needs are met with high-quality, intuitive products. You will know when to champion customer needs and when to compromise, always striving to solve their problems effectively.
