• • You will lead the 0-to-1 design and development of core components, acting as the architect for this new, critical infrastructure.
• • This involves defining and building advanced targeting and eligibility logic, creating a comprehensive library of payout models, and establishing standardized campaign management tools.
• • You will be instrumental in defining the overarching strategy and vision for the "incentives-as-a-service" engine, aiming to enable product teams to launch high-ROI campaigns rapidly, reducing launch times from months to days.
