  • • As a Senior Product Manager for Consumer Products at Jerry.ai, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of car ownership by owning and evolving the GarageGuard product suite.   • • Your primary responsibility will be to drive measurable improvements in user engagement and onboarding across GarageGuard's core functionalities. This involves crafting intuitive, friction-free, and polished user experiences that guide customers through potentially stressful situations, such as encountering a check engine light, hearing unusual noises, or needing routine maintenance. You will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and strategy to execution and iteration.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve shipping innovative 0-1 features that modernize the auto care landscape for the average driver. This requires a deep understanding of user needs, pain points, and behaviors, which you will uncover through rigorous data analysis, first-principles thinking, and insightful user research. You will translate these findings into elegant, shippable solutions that resonate with our user base.
  • • You will play a pivotal role in building trust within the automotive service ecosystem. This means identifying opportunities to enhance transparency, provide reliable guidance, and ensure users feel confident in the recommendations and services offered through GarageGuard. This includes experiences related to diagnostics, recall and maintenance alerts, finding trusted repair shops, obtaining repair estimates, understanding car value, and managing a digital glovebox for vehicle records.
  • • Leveraging the latest advancements in AI and machine learning will be key to your success. You will explore and implement AI-powered solutions to make GarageGuard faster, more insightful, and more helpful for our users. This could involve AI-driven diagnostics, personalized maintenance schedules, or intelligent recommendations for repair services.
  • • You will meticulously map out end-to-end user journeys, from the initial symptom triage to booking a repair appointment. This detailed analysis will help identify critical moments of confusion, anxiety, or potential drop-off, allowing you to design interventions that improve the overall user experience and conversion rates.
  • • Conducting both qualitative and quantitative user research will be a core activity. You will collaborate closely with our Design and Research teams to rapidly prototype concepts, gather feedback, and iterate on solutions. Validating your product decisions through A/B testing and usability studies will be essential to ensure we are delivering impactful and well-received features.
  • • Setting and maintaining a high bar for user experience quality is paramount. You will champion clarity, speed, consistency, and accessibility in all aspects of the product. This involves working hand-in-hand with Engineering and Design to instrument features for measurement, analyze performance data, and drive continuous iteration based on user feedback and key performance indicators.
  • • As a Senior Product Manager, you will be a thought leader within the product team, contributing to the overall product strategy and roadmap. You will mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of innovation, data-driven decision-making, and customer obsession. Your ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels will be critical to your success.

  • • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in consumer technology, with a proven track record of delivering impactful mobile or web products.
  • • Demonstrated experience in partnering closely with Product Design, Research, and Engineering teams to ship high-quality, consumer-grade user experiences.
  • • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset, coupled with the ability to make decisive judgments even with incomplete information.
  • • Excellent UI/UX instincts and a deep empathy for consumer needs, with a passion for creating intuitive and delightful user experiences.
