Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • As a Senior Product Manager for Consumer Signing Experience at Progressive Leasing, you will lead the transformation of a critical touchpoint in the customer journey — the e-signing process — where compliance, conversion, and customer comprehension converge. This role directly impacts trust, regulatory adherence, and revenue by modernizing a legacy system into a seamless, transparent, and user-centric experience that aligns with Progressive Leasing’s mission to innovate in FinTech while putting people first.
- • You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the consumer signing experience, from discovery and strategy to execution and iteration. Daily responsibilities include conducting user journey mapping and behavioral analysis to identify friction points in the signing funnel, defining clear product requirements and acceptance criteria grounded in data and compliance needs, leading cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, Accounting, and Sales teams to ensure solutions are both legally sound and customer-friendly, establishing and maintaining a prioritized roadmap tied to measurable outcomes like increased signing conversion and reduced drop-off, designing and executing A/B tests and prototype experiments to optimize clarity of financial terms and user flow, monitoring feature performance through KPIs and funnel metrics, managing stakeholder expectations with transparent communication on timelines, risks, and successes, and driving platform modernization efforts including vendor transitions or system migrations when needed. You will also leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance your productivity and decision-making, fostering a culture of continuous learning and adaptation.
- • You will join Prog Tech, the technology arm of Progressive Leasing, a team of passionate, hungry engineers and product leaders who believe in taking pride in their work, embracing experimentation, failing fast, and delivering relentless progress. As a subsidiary of PROG Holdings (NYSE: PRG), you’ll be part of a FinTech leader with over 20 years of innovation in lease-to-own solutions, employee purchase programs, and Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) platforms — giving you exposure to scalable, impactful products that serve millions of consumers. The company values integrity, ambition, and people-first innovation, creating an environment where your technical and strategic expertise will be both challenged and celebrated.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in regulated FinTech product management, mastering the balance between compliance innovation and user experience optimization. You will gain hands-on experience leading complex platform transitions, scaling data-driven experimentation frameworks, and influencing cross-functional alignment in a high-stakes, high-visibility domain. You’ll sharpen your ability to translate legal and financial requirements into intuitive, trust-building user interfaces — a rare and valuable skill set. Additionally, you’ll expand your leadership in AI-augmented product development, positioning yourself at the forefront of how modern product teams leverage technology to increase throughput without sacrificing quality or compliance.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5 to 7 years of experience in software product management, with a proven track record of owning customer-facing web or mobile products that drive meaningful conversion metrics.
- • Demonstrated experience working in regulated industries such as FinTech, payments, lending, or Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL), where compliance, customer disclosures, and legal alignment are critical to product success.
- • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to listen actively, present clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, and align designers, engineers, legal teams, and executives around shared goals.
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, combined with a strong ability to move fluidly between high-level strategy and detailed execution in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- • Proven ability to use data to inform product decisions — including defining KPIs, analyzing funnel metrics, running experiments, and driving measurable improvements in user behavior and business outcomes.
- • Experience leading or supporting platform migrations, vendor transitions, or legacy system modernizations is strongly preferred.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive compensation package designed to reward impact and expertise in a high-growth FinTech environment.
- • Full health benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus paid parental leave to support work-life integration.
- • Company-matched 401(k) retirement plan to help you build long-term financial security.
- • Generous paid time off, paid holidays, and paid volunteer time to encourage rest, recharge, and community engagement.
- • Access to diversity and inclusion resource groups (Diversity Alliance), tuition reimbursement, employee stock purchase program, and charitable gift matching to support personal and professional growth.
- • Job-required equipment and services provided, ensuring you have the tools needed to succeed in a remote-first setup.
