- • As a Senior Product Manager for Core at SplitMetrics Acquire, you will own and drive the product strategy and roadmap for a B2B SaaS platform that powers Apple Ads management for top global mobile brands, directly influencing how enterprise clients optimize their user acquisition spend and scale growth.
- • You will translate market signals, customer insights, and GTM feedback into actionable product priorities that balance short-term delivery with long-term architectural vision, ensuring the product not only ships fast but drives measurable revenue, retention, and expansion outcomes.
- • You will lead end-to-end product development — from discovery and hypothesis shaping through PRD creation, cross-functional execution, QA alignment, release monitoring, and post-launch adoption tracking — working closely with Engineering, Design, QA, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success without direct authority.
- • You will partner with Marketing to craft compelling feature positioning and launch communications, collaborate with Customer Success to drive enterprise adoption through targeted onboarding and UX copy (tooltips, banners, guides), and iterate based on real-world usage data and feedback loops.
- • You will operate within a remote-first, globally distributed team spanning 20+ countries, embracing SplitMetrics’ culture of moving fast, getting things done, building together, and owning outcomes — all while contributing to a platform that manages over $1 billion in annual ad spend for industry leaders like Skyscanner, Glovo, Flo, Babbel, and Wooga.
- • You will grow your impact by mastering the intersection of AdTech, mobile UA, and B2B SaaS product leadership, gaining deep expertise in performance marketing metrics, incrementality testing, and AI-integrated optimization — positioning yourself as a strategic product leader in a high-growth, innovative ecosystem.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, preferably with enterprise-facing products
- • Strong data fluency: ability to work with large-scale performance data, design and interpret experiments, and make decisions with imperfect analytics
- • Proven ability to write clear, structured PRDs and specs for cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, QA)
- • Experience in mobile user acquisition (UA), AdTech, or performance marketing is a strong plus
- • Strong prioritization skills: balancing data, business context, stakeholder input, and revenue impact over feature volume
- • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and fluency in English (B2+ level)
- • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and resource-constrained environments with an end-to-end ownership mindset
