- ⢠Own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Muralās Customer Insights portfolio, transforming raw product usage data into actionable narratives that drive renewals, expansion, and ROI proof for enterprise customers.
- ⢠Define and build the canonical usage data layer that powers Customer Insights, partnering with Engineering and Data teams to establish metrics, instrumentation, and data pipelines that support renewal and expansion narratives.
- ⢠Design and ship customer-facing surfaces for insights, including in-product dashboards, scheduled and ad hoc reporting, audit logs, and APIs consumed by Admins, IT, Security, executives, and internal Mural teams.
- ⢠Evolve enterprise-grade audit logs to meet compliance, governance, and security requirements for large organizations.
- ⢠Define Muralās vision for AI-native insights, leading the development of the first wave of AI-powered capabilities such as natural language queries, agentic workflows, and proactive analytics that move beyond static dashboards.
- ⢠Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to translate data insights into compelling narratives that win renewals and unlock upsell opportunities with enterprise accounts.
- ⢠Engage directly with enterprise Admins, IT, and Security stakeholders to validate product priorities, gather feedback, and stress-test the roadmap against real-world governance and compliance needs.
- ⢠Co-own the integration seams with the Admin & Identity Management and Enterprise Security product teams to ensure Customer Insights aligns with permissions, access controls, and compliance posture.
- ⢠Translate ambiguous business questions from revenue and operations teams into clear, user-centered product surfaces that deliver measurable value.
- ⢠Establish and maintain data fluency across freshness, granularity, aggregation, and pipeline tradeoffs, enabling effective collaboration with data engineers and analysts.
- ⢠Champion a product philosophy that prioritizes clarity, actionability, and enterprise readiness in all customer-facing data experiences.
- ⢠Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, and Customer Success to align on goals, timelines, and success metrics for the Customer Insights surface.
- ⢠Set the strategic direction for how insights evolve across Muralās product ecosystem over time, positioning Customer Insights as a core driver of enterprise adoption and growth.
šÆ Requirements
- ⢠4+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years building analytics, reporting, or data products for business or admin audiences
- ⢠Strong data fluency including shaping data models, instrumentation strategy, and ability to collaborate with engineers on data freshness, granularity, aggregation, and pipeline tradeoffs
- ⢠Demonstrated AI product sense from regular use of AI tools and a clear point of view on AI-native data products (e.g., conversational interfaces, agentic workflows)
- ⢠Proven track record of turning ambiguous business questions into clear, actionable product surfaces
- ⢠Experience partnering with Sales and Customer Success teams to translate insights into renewal and expansion narratives
- ⢠Excellent communication skills across data, design, engineering, and revenue-facing stakeholders

- ⢠Base salary range of $160,000 - $215,000
